On the banks of the Andelle, the Gîte des 3 Vallées is the perfect place to set down your suitcases. This attic apartment is warm, comfortable and very well equipped. Totally independent with its own access and terrace, you'll enjoy lovely views over the valley on one side and the Côte des 2 amants on the other. As for leisure activities, Martine and Jean-François have thought of everything: a piano and lots of board games for the children inside, and in the garden a portico with slide, trampoline, ping-pong table, pétanque, fishing in the river and even a heated swimming pool in fine weather. Don't forget to say hello to the chickens, Bridget the Vietnamese pig and the goats, or simply relax and enjoy the garden. There are many treasures to discover in the surrounding area, including the Léry Poses leisure park and the Biotropica wildlife park. For addresses not to be missed, Martine and Jean-François will guide you to their favorites. A private staircase leads to this first-floor apartment via its private terrace (gated for children). Entrance into a lovely living room with well-equipped kitchenette, dining area and comfortable lounge with TV and stereo. The 2 bedrooms are attic but comfortable: one with a double bed and plenty of open storage space; the second with 2 single beds and a piano. Bathroom with shower and vanity unit. Separate toilet. Air-conditioning available. You have access to the large shared garden with all games, just opposite the house on the other side of the lane, on the banks of a partially protected river; you're in a quiet cul-de-sac. The pool is heated and open from mid-May to the end of September (above-ground, 1m deep, 4m diameter). The owners live just below and offer a warm welcome, often with seasonal produce from their vegetable garden.
