Gîte La Clémentière

La Clémentière is simply the ideal vacation home! Marie and Bertrand have converted this former outbuilding on their property with your comfort and well-being in mind: plenty of space, a warm decor blending the character of the building - exposed stone and brick, terracotta - with contemporary codes, bright rooms overlooking the garden, and well-thought-out equipment. The real plus: a top-notch leisure section, with lots of board games inside, a library for young and old, a hi-fi system with a vinyl collection, DVD library, lots of games for the kids, table soccer, etc. And in the garden, more games and relaxing furniture. Another asset of this gîte is its location, with the friendly shops of Le Vaudreuil, a small town with character, in a very natural "village" atmosphere, with the river, the Voie Verte, the golf course and, a little further away, the leisure park, the animal park and the bird sanctuary. On the ground floor, you enter into a functional, well-equipped kitchen. Large, bright living room with beautiful stone and brick walls and exposed beams: comfortable dining area and real cocoon living room perfect for relaxing: lots of board games, books, DVDs and hi-fi system with a fine vinyl collection. Separate toilet with washbasin. Two staircases lead upstairs: on one side is the double bedroom (160x200 bed) and bathroom with wc, on the other is the large bedroom with classic double bed and 2 single beds; also plenty of children's games, table soccer and an electric organ. The 2 bedrooms are connected by a few steps. You'll enjoy a large garden of approx. 1500 m², with a terrace in front of the gîte. Parking is shared with the owners. Plenty of outdoor play equipment: swing, small slide, badminton, table tennis, pétanque...
