Domaine d'Ocreville

Domaine d'Ocreville is a charming, peaceful family home in the Eure valley, set in 1 ha of land with a river running through it.
In fine weather, you can enjoy lunch on a large table outside under the lime tree, and in winter, a roaring log fire.
You can relax on the veranda overlooking the orchard. It's an ideal place for a stay with family or friends, but also for telecommuting (there's fiber) or business trips.
The large play area is also ideal for children. The house is also suitable for the elderly.
The house is rated 4* for comfort.
The grounds are enclosed. Access to the river is protected. Bed linen and towels are provided.
First floor:
- 1 kitchen opening onto the living room and south-facing terrace
- 1 large living room with fireplace
- 1 French window opening onto a cosy veranda with terrace
- 1 large bedroom with twin or single beds and TV
- 1 laundry room, 1 shower room, 1 WC.
1st floor:
- 1 large blue bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and 1 desk
- 1 large yellow bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 washbasin
- 1 small purple bedroom with 2 twin beds that can be joined together
- 1 sofa bed on landing closed by a curtain
- 1 quiet office on another landing, 1 WC and 1 shower room.

Attic:
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be made into 1 king-size bed)
- 1 WC
There are a few basic products on site, just to tide you over, but not in sufficient quantity for a stay. The house is located 1H from Paris and the sea, 30 mn from Rouen, 15 mn from Evreux, 10 mn from Louviers. Close to Château Gaillard, Château d'Anet and Giverny.
Activities available in the area: swimming in the river on the property, canoeing (rentals nearby or departure from the house if you have your own equipment), ponies for children, hiking, cycling, fishing, climbing, nautical base, cultural visits...
People can drop by to feed the ponies, take out a tractor or camper van.
