The stained glass windows of Pont-de-l'Arche

at Notre-Dame des Arts

Enter the luminous world of games of colour and glass with Les Vitraux de Pont-de-l’Arche, a parent/child workshop combining heritage and creation.

The workshop begins with a guided discovery of the stained glass windows in the church of Notre-Dame-des-Arts, jewels of the local heritage. Together, parents and children will observe their patterns and colours, and understand how these works tell stories through glass.

After thisinspiring immersion, it’s time to create! Each pair will make their own stained glass lantern, drawing inspiration from the shapes and colours they observe. Using translucent paper, cut-outs and composition, the light will come to life in a unique object to take home.
