This fun and playful event in the park at the Léry-Poses leisure centre in Normandy is proving increasingly popular. And with good reason… A 10km course, 30 obstacles including many natural ones (water, mud, crawling, climbing) await participants and athletes of all levels. Accessible to adults and teenagers, the race is neither classified nor timed. The aim is to push your limits while having fun and enjoying the idyllic setting of the Léry-Poses lakes. And to finish the race in colour, take part in the coloured powder (natural) throw, a new feature of the race since 2019. Between the mud and this surge of pigments, you won’t emerge from the Valeureuse unscathed!
Notice to orienteering race fans! With family, friends or colleagues, discover the Zombies Run’Eure, a fun and crazy night-time event on a course littered with Zombies lurking in the shadows of the forest… Run and save your skin!
Equipped with your torch and your courage, you earn points by finding as many markers as possible without getting caught by the zombies. Survivor or zombie, solo or in a group: choose your side and join this thrilling adventure, unique in Normandy.

La ValeureuseReputed to be one of the toughest trails in Normandy, the Trail des Deux Amants boasts 1900m of positive ascent over 53km. And that’s just the beginning! You’ll need to come prepared and in good physical condition. Rest assured, this sporting event is made up of 3 Trails (17km / 25km / 53km), 2 night trails (16/21km) and a Nordic walk (14km).
Starting in Pîtres, 15 minutes from Rouen, several hundred runners will cover the hillsides of the Seine, through undergrowth and sumptuous landscapes!
