Sporting aspects: this trail has a regular elevation profile, punctuated by long, but not steep, climbs. Ideal for sustained uphill running.
The fun sections, alternating ascents and descents, offer a dynamic and motivating playground, conducive to progress and endurance. On this course, you'll be able to measure the dynamics of your foot on the course and its restarts.

On the discovery side: this trail takes you through the surrounding forests, where the atmosphere is one of serenity and mystery. Let yourself be transported by the forest scents and enchanting landscapes of the plateau, a true haven of peace for nature lovers.

This trail is suitable for cani'trail:
- Several sections are shared with equestrian activities, and there's a stud farm on the route
- You are in a protected area: your dogs must always be kept on a leash/harness on the course.
- There are a few pools of stagnant water and a few small streams along the course. Remember to take water to keep your dog hydrated. You can also rehydrate at the St-Julien-de-la-Liègue church, right next to the course start and finish points. There are a number of natural watering places along the route?
