Presentation of 15th-century manuscripts from the prestigious library of the Aragonese kings of Naples, now housed at the Louviers Media Library. The library staff is delighted to welcome Gennaro Toscano, Chief Curator, Scientific Advisor for the museum, research, and outreach, Head of Collections, National Library of France, and professor of the history of collections and museums at the École nationale des chartes. He will recount their history—from the kings of Aragon to Cardinal Georges d’Amboise, from Naples to the Château de Gaillon and then to the Chartreuse de Bourbon-les-Gaillon—and showcase their exceptional craftsmanship.
