The terracotta tiles, parquet flooring, and ornamental fireplace have been preserved and blend successfully with the more modern touches of the decor. You will also be charmed by its exceptional location, its view of the Seine, and its direct access to the river for beautiful walks along the towpath or a spot of fishing with the rods at your disposal. In the garden, there is no shortage of activities: children and adults alike will enjoy the ping-pong table, badminton, and the bicycles available, perfect for reaching the Léry-Poses leisure center, rich in water activities. You will also appreciate the cottage's proximity to the Biotropica animal park, as well as the bird sanctuary and the various lakes for your nature outings.
