From the moment you enter, you'll immediately feel at home, thanks to the warm ambience created by Murielle and Philippe, who have highlighted the assets of this old house, such as its beams, cob and stone walls and attractive parquet flooring, in a soft, colorful decor combining modern and antique furniture and objects. The impeccable renovation has been well thought out to provide contemporary comfort, in keeping with the eco-responsible approach so dear to the owners. Right next door, Murielle's wellness area offers hammams and massages for a well-deserved moment of relaxation (booking required). The location is ideal, right in the heart of the village with all the shops you'll need, and just a stone's throw from the superb "Pagnol en vallée d'Eure" itinerary. Giverny 30 mn drive. Entrance into the cosy living room with small library and TV, opening onto the terrace and garden. Next door, the modern, bright and well-equipped kitchen. WC. A door opens onto the staircase and upstairs, 2 pretty bedrooms with old parquet floors and attics: the small one with 2 single beds that can be made into 1 double on request, and the large one with a choice of a 180x200 double bed or 2 90x200 beds, plus a third 90x200 single bed. Bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit and large, practical countertop for storing belongings or changing a baby. Separate toilet. Ample storage space on landing. A 120 m² walled garden with terrace and parking space. On the property, access to the wellness area with hammam (preferential rate) and wellness massages on reservation.
