This small, warm house with its garden and pontoon on the banks of the Seine has everything of those places that we would like to keep secret! On an island, for even more picturesque, it is a real haven of peace where it is good to settle down, to recharge your batteries for a moment all to yourself. Go through the entrance gate, you are at home: Aurélie and Mathieu have furnished this chalet with heart, attention to detail and your comfort; the result: a cocoon interior with light tones and a "nature" atmosphere, well-designed living areas, top-notch bedding, a sauna for a wellness break, and the real plus, a view of the Seine from the bay windows of the living room and the bedroom. The garden and the terrace are also entirely turned towards the river: meals in the open air, games, chats or naps in the garden will have a view of the barges or the swans passing by! Two bicycles are available, perfect for small errands in Saint-Pierre or strolls along the river. Access to the raised terrace side (4 steps) at the entrance to the cottage, on one level: living room completely open to the garden and Seine side with the lounge (connected TV with Netflix, Canal +, Spotify and Amazon Prime access), the very well-equipped kitchen and the comfortable dining area. Small bedroom with direct access to the terrace and garden: double bed 160x200. Bathroom with toilet. The outdoor area, approximately 250 m², consists of a parking lot on the street side then a garden overlooking the Seine (fence and secure gate). You have access to a pontoon where you can settle down at the water's edge. Garden furniture on the terrace, deckchairs and 2 adult bicycles available. You are here on foot to discover the region, rich in incredible landscapes around the Seine, in leisure activities with golf, hiking, swimming pool, horse riding, canoeing, bird sanctuary less than 10 km away and also Biotropica, an animal park nearby. Shops in the village 1.5 km away.
