Gîte la Mise en Seine

Nestled on the banks of a bend in the Seine, in a wide-open landscape that reveals the majestic limestone hills in the distance, lies a typical, tranquil hamlet, and tucked away in a narrow lane, is La Mise en Seine. This charming little holiday home, a true haven of tranquility, is one of those places you never forget, a place you keep in mind for your next getaway, thanks to its unique character. Mélanie and Emmanuel have carefully designed, decorated, and perfected it, always prioritizing your well-being; and it shows! The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming: cozy comfort, finds and family heirlooms, quality furnishings, and a delightful little garden with relaxing outdoor furniture. Pets are welcome. For leisure activities, the "Seine à Vélo" cycle route passes at the end of the lane; you can take advantage of the bicycles available for your use. And why not head to Les Andelys, one of the spots in the region, or to the port of Venables right next door. The cottage is a duplex studio apartment. You enter on the ground floor into the comfortable and well-laid-out living area, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area (table and high stools), and a cozy lounge. There is a TV. The slightly steep staircase leads to the very welcoming bedroom with a sloping ceiling: a large double bed (160x200cm) that can be made into twin beds upon request. The bathroom is open to the bedroom: an elegant washbasin area on one side and a beautiful walk-in shower on the other. The toilet is separate and located on the ground floor. You have your own private, unfenced garden of approximately 100m² with your own parking space. Sun loungers are provided for relaxation, and garden furniture is available for outdoor dining. Bicycles are available for loan, and a garage is available for bicycles or motorcycles.
