Gîte de l'Eure

The Gîte de l'Eure, established in the valley of the Eure, on the commune of Léry is a house ideally located between shops and seasonal activities
This accommodation has a capacity of 4 persons
The decoration is a mixture of modern and rustic
The gite has 2 bedrooms (one with 1 bed 140x190 and the other with 2 beds 90x190), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a shower room, a toilet, a relaxation room (sofa, billiards, music), a covered terrace (for meals, bike shelter, storage of fishing rods ...) and a sunny terrace all near the barbecue. South facing, there is a large enclosed garden with trees and not private (we have a dog, the garden is shared with our house)
Parking for the vehicle in front of the gite, entrance under video surveillance
In season it is possible to use our above ground swimming pool.
Small animals are accepted (we have a dog that is very sociable with other dogs, but cats are more complicated).
No smoking in the gîte.
