A nature break in the heart of the Eure Valley is the promise of this charming guesthouse with heated swimming pool. Magali and Gilles welcome you to their 1.8-hectare property where activities abound: swimming of course, but also ping-pong, badminton, pétanque or even a visit to Noisette and Aura, the house's two donkeys! There's something for everyone: sports enthusiasts will enjoy exploring the surrounding hiking and cycling trails, while those who prefer a more relaxing experience can relax in the relaxation area or on one of the many deckchairs by the swimming-pool. Every morning, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast prepared by Magali, consisting of homemade cakes, pastries and savory products, something for everyone. Ground floor: Suite located in the owners' house, with detached entrance. Entrance to the relaxation area with table and chairs, opening onto the corridor serving the rest of the suite. Small kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee maker, sink and washing machine. First bedroom, also accessible from the outside with double bed 160X200.
