A nature break in the heart of the Eure Valley, that's the promise of this charming guest house with heated swimming pool. Magali and Gilles welcome you to their vast 1.8-hectare riverside property, where there's no shortage of activities: swimming, of course, but also table tennis, badminton, pétanque or a visit to Noisette and Aura, the two donkeys in the house! There's something for everyone: sports enthusiasts will love exploring the hiking and cycling trails in the area, while those who prefer to relax will find plenty to do in the relaxation area or on one of the deckchairs lining the pool. Every morning, Magali prepares delicious breakfasts with homemade cakes, pastries and savouries to suit all tastes. Plenty of indoor and outdoor games to keep you entertained. The region is well worth discovering; you'll love getting lost on the picturesque country roads or wandering through the typical villages. On the ground floor, a suite located in the owners' large house: independent entrance onto a convivial space that leads to the rest of the suite. First bedroom, also accessible from the outside, with double bed 160X200. It gives access to the bathroom (shower and bath). For groups of 3 or more, the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90X200) that can be converted into a large double bed (180X200), a sofa and a small desk. Separate toilet accessible via private corridor. Kitchenette (fridge, coffee maker, sink, washing machine). Breakfast served on the verranda. Terrace with garden furniture. Covered swimming pool from 1/05 to 30/09 heated to 24°c (cover can be removed) shared with gîte guests (11x5m, depth 1.60 to 2 m). 1.8-hectare garden with gated access to the River Eure. Equestrian facilities: stalls with water supply, arena and meadow. 50? supplement for use of 2nd bedroom for 1 or 2 people.
