Isabelle Daurian, creator of Ateliers Terres d’Envol, is a restaurateur and runs the restaurant “Le Bouchon” in Incarville (27). Every day in her kitchen, she trains young people in the culinary professions.
So it’s only natural that she wanted to combine her two passions: cooking and therapy. Culinotherapy will enable you to strengthen team cohesion, listening skills and communication. And enjoy your meal at the end of the workshop!
