Reinventing

use of the banks of the River Eure

From this spring and throughout the summer, the medieval town of Pont-de-l’Arche in the Eure region of Normandy will once again be coming alive around the banks of the Eure, with a host of events organised by the town and its associations, with the help of the Seine-Eure Agglo, the departmental services and the support of the State.

This major summer event is part of the town’s project to develop the banks of the River Eure. The aim of this project is to enable visitors to make these areas their own, to divert them and explore them for new uses.

That’s why Pont-de-l’Arche is looking forward to welcoming all kinds of visitors: day-trippers, tourists, neighbours and local residents , who will be taking their time and space on the banks of the Eure together , and enjoying the many activities on offer in a friendly atmosphere!
