The Noés farm

Guided tour and tasting at the Ferme des Noés in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon. Meet Christophe and Hervé LE BER in their former fortified farmhouse, typical of the region.
They will show you the steps involved in making foie gras and other goose and duck dishes. Apple products are transformed into cider, apple juice, spirits, jellies and jams. The tour ends with a tasting of the products made on site.
