Cross the small red bridge that crosses the Iton, enter the dead end and gain height : you are there ! A peaceful and serene place, nature between woods and valley, a superb landscape that awaits you. Muriel thought of this cottage as a real holiday home and the result is really nice and welcoming : a swimming pool just for you on sunny days, games for young and old, large rooms so that everyone can find their space including this very large living room where you will have a good time around billiards or pinball, to the sound of the jukebox, more relaxed on the lounge side in front of the fireplace, or in the kitchen equipped like a large one with its Godin piano and all the necessary utensils to concoct good little dishes. The youngest will be delighted to visit the sheep, donkeys and goats and you may be lucky enough to see deer on the edge of the woods. The village of Acquigny is perfect for shops and restaurants. Lots of leisure activities around. Entrance on the ground floor onto a spacious hallway which leads to the living room : it is a large bathed in light room which opens onto the terrace, the swimming pool and the valley with a very nice view ; the room offers different areas, comfortable living room in front of the fireplace, dining room, games with billiards, pinball machine and jukebox.
