Enter the weavers’ community! Rodolphe and his team welcome you to one of the largest coworking spaces in Normandy.

Directly accessible from Paris or Rouen, La Filature is a 1700m² modular space. A studious open space, a lounge area, meeting/training rooms, shared offices, private offices, a hall for events and even an innovation workshop, make La Filature the meeting point for Normandy entrepreneurs.

La Filature, a breeding ground for value creation

La Filature, a reference to the glorious past of the textile industry, was born of the desire to revive a place steeped in history in the heart of Normandy. La Filature was conceived as an atypical and convivial place to live, where coworkers, or rather weavers, share more than just an office. It is intended to be a space for exchanges to encourage collaboration and the business potential of each individual.

Le Cosmos - Coworking space

5 min walk from Val-de-Reuil SNCF station

Come and work differently in this coworking space just a stone’s throw from Val-de-Reuil SNCF station: Paris is just 1h10 away by TER and Rouen is 20 min.

Opened in 2022, Cosmos combines timber frames and waxed concrete floors with an industrial and cocooning style. Several spaces are available: meeting rooms, open space, private offices and offices to share. Christelle’s aim is to make you feel at home.

The Cosmos offers you a modern, friendly, fully-equipped, modular and secure setting. The Cosmos is a meeting place and a place for exchanging ideas, so you can break the isolation and expand your professional network.

New in 2024: La Parenthèse Cowork’in opens its doors to you! Nestled in the heart of the medieval city of Pont-de-l’Arche, this new space has been designed to meet your changing needs.

Ideally located between Rouen and Paris, work differently in this place conducive to exchanges. Various spaces are on offer: dedicated offices, two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people and 18 people and a coworking space.

The decor has been redesigned to offer you a warm, modern setting, in memory of its past history. The various spaces at La Parenthèse Cowork’in are designed to help you develop your professional network. You’ll come across other like-minded professionals in a friendly atmosphere.

This place steeped in history, where people used to get together and share, was formerly known as the Relais des Turfistes, Bar-PMU. Driven by the desire to create a space conducive to exchanges, I founded a coworking space in Pont de l’Arche. Every detail of the decor has been carefully thought out to create a welcoming and inspiring environment. I’d be delighted to welcome you, chat with you and, why not, help you develop your business!
