Purpose of processing

  • Personal information may be collected for the following purposes:
  • To register for an event,
  • To receive the newsletter,
  • To contact the Tourist Office services,
  • To receive information from the Seine-Eure Tourist Office,
  • To book or purchase tourist services,
  • For the proper operation and maintenance of our website,
  • For other legitimate purposes in accordance with the law in force,

For each processing of data, specific information is provided at the device level to inform the person of the purpose of the processing, its legal basis (Article 6 of the RGPD), the recipients of the data, the retention periods and their rights.

Data collected

Depending on the processing carried out, different categories of data may be processed: identification data, connection data, personal and/or professional information, supporting documents, tracking data (IP address, cookies, etc.), etc.

This information may come from:

  • Online or paper collection forms,
  • Browsing our site,
  • Using systems or networks made available for internet access (wifi terminals),
  • Transmission by third parties authorised to transmit this data to us.

When data is collected directly, the compulsory collection of data that is necessary for your file to be taken into account is specified by (*).

Recipient of personal data

Depending on their respective needs, may be recipients of all or part of the data:

  • The departments of the Seine-Eure tourist office in charge of processing applications,

Security

As the data controller, the Seine-Eure Tourist Office implements appropriate technical and organisational means to protect personal data.

Your rights regarding personal data

People affected by the processing of their data have a general right of access, rectification, limitation and portability of information concerning them. They may also determine what happens to their data after their death. They may also, on legitimate grounds, object to the processing, request the deletion of data concerning them or withdraw their consent at any time, unless these rights have been excluded by a legislative provision.

Matomo

The “Matomo” cloud version tracker is used on this website. Its purpose is to find out the number of visitors overall and the number of visitors by country, the most visited pages, the search engine used to access the site, the type of device used and the words used in the search engine to access this website.

Internet users’ IP addresses are anonymous. The cookie lasts for 12 months on the internet user’s terminal and the data collected is stored for a period of 24 months.

The data collected is not reused for purposes other than those set out above, nor is it passed on to the plotter supplier.

Facebook

We use a Facebook “widget” to allow you to see the number of “Likes” and shares of our web pages. This “widget” may collect your IP address, browser and track your interaction with your Facebook account (if you are logged in to it) whenever you like, recommend or share the page. The personal data communicated to you when exercising your right of access will be personal and confidential. As such, in order for your access request to be taken into account, you must accompany your request with proof of identity.

Cookies
