Trail in Seine-EureAfter a peaceful hike along the Seine, why not increase the pace with a trail?
Trailing is a form ofrunning that takes place mainly on trails in full nature, far from tarmac roads and urban environments. Seine-Eure is the ideal playground for this, with its banks and hillsides!
The fruit of collaboration with Rouen Metropole and the specialist app “On Piste”, the fledgling STATION TRAIL ROUEN-SEINE-EURE, already offers 14 routes, including 8 wilderness routes in Seine-Eure including 3 “Canispot” labelled routes and an introductory “canitrail” route for running with your dog. Itineraries offering spectacular scenery and panoramas, but also good gradients!
A perfect training ground before taking part in one of the many trails organised in Seine-Eure: the famous Trail des Deux Amants, the Trail du Château de Gaillon, the Trail des Rois Maudits, or the Bortis Trail!
50 Km of voies vertes et de vélo routes en bord de seine, cyclists will love it! Wrap up warm and choose between the banks of the Eure with the Seine-Eure greenway or the the Seine by Bike route linking Paris to Le Havre via Seine-Eure. Take the opportunity to choose accommodation, restaurants or other activities labelled accueil vélo.

Direct Connelles and its explicit rue des Falaises, the oldest site in the Eure region of Normandy. This renowned climbing site, a veritable adventure playground, is mainly west-facing and has 97 routes spread over 12 sectors. Also take a trip to Amfreville-sous-les-Monts and its renowned spots, such as the “La Seconde Jeunesse” site.
