In this article, we share with you our ideas for group outings to welcome back the good weather. Associations, clubs, CCAS, … Let yourself be tempted in Seine-Eure!

Spring is on its way...

Are you looking forward to spring? So are we!

We present 4 offers for groups to celebrate the return of fine weather in Eure, Normandy. These outing ideas can be combined. Are you a group of more than 20 people? We’ll take care of organising the day and finding you a restaurant.

Gastronomy tour

Les Vergers du Mesnil

What could be better than picking your fruit at the source? The Mesnil-Jourdain fruit farm opens its doors to you to rediscover the pleasures of yesteryear and savour the charm of Normandy. The Carpentier Bareix family will guide you around their farm and share with you their passion for work well done and quality products. After a guided tour of the orchard, make way for a tasting of apple and pear juices, homemade jams and other farm products.

La Ferme des Noés

Christophe and Hervé LE BER welcome you to Ferme des Noés in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon, a former fortified farmhouse typical of the region. They will show you how foie gras and other goose and duck dishes are made. Apple products are transformed into cider, apple juice, spirits, jellies and jams. The tour ends with a tasting of the products made on site.

Awakening nature

Le Seinoscope

Discover the fish observation chamber in Poses and enjoy the upwelling of many species of fish in the Seine. The aim of the Seinoscope is to ensure that migratory fish swim upstream to cross the 4-metre difference in level caused by the dam, a 235-metre-long structure built between 1878 and 1881.

The Parc du château d’Acquigny

Take advantage of spring to admire the exceptional trees in the romantic garden of the Parc du château d’Acquigny, some of which are a hundred years old. Nestling between the Eure and Iton rivers, you’ll start with a guided tour of the exterior of the Renaissance château and continue with a leisurely stroll. The 15-hectare park is sure to surprise you with its exotic vegetable garden. During your idyllic stroll, you’ll enjoy the soothing effect of the water as you follow the serpentine river.
