10:00 Guided tour and tasting at Ferme des Noës in Saint-Aubin-sur-Gaillon

Meet Christophe and Hervé LE BER in their old fortified farmhouse, typical of the region. They will show you how foie gras and other goose and duck dishes are made. Apple products are transformed into cider, apple juice, spirits, jellies and jams. The tour will end with a tasting of the products made on site.

12:00 Lunch in a traditional restaurant


Menu suggestion: Kir normand / Aumônière normande / Fillet of saithe, market vegetables / Iced nougat / Wine, water, coffee.

2.30pm Guided tour of the Château d’Acquigny Park

Classically inspired, the Château d’Acquigny park enjoys a privileged location between the Eure and Iton rivers, at the foot of hills once planted with vines. You’ll start with a guided tour of the exterior of the Renaissance château and continue with a free stroll through the 15-hectare park, which is sure to surprise you!
