



Guided tour and tasting at Ferme des Noés
Meet Christophe and Hervé LE BER in their former fortified farmhouse, typical of the region.
They will show you the steps involved in making foie gras and other goose and duck dishes.
The products from the apple trees are transformed into cider, apple juice, spirits, jellies and jams.
The tour will end with a tasting of the products made on site.
