The Seine-Eure Tourist Office’s group department handles bookings for groups of 20 or more. For groups of less than this size, please contact the sites directly.
Step 1:Request information
You have found a stay, day trip or simply a visit on this site that suits you, click I reserve or reach your preferred contact by phone or email. They will send you a personalised proposal free of charge.
Step 2:Contract.
If the proposal suits you a booking contract will be sent to you after checking availability.
Step 3:Confirmation of your stay
The booking becomes firm when a deposit representing 30% of the price of the stay and a copy of the contract signed by the customer, have been returned to Seine Eure Tourisme before the deadline shown on the contract.
Step 4:Tour Booklet
A few days before the start of your trip, you will receive the documents you need to ensure your programme runs smoothly: access maps, timetables, contact details, exchange voucher.
Step 5:Payment
The invoice will be sent to you to settle your stay together with the satisfaction questionnaire.
Seine-Eure Tourisme is a member of the “Club des réceptifs Eurois” and Destination-Groupes. Each member is a signatory to the Groups Quality Charter. Each member of Destination-Groupes is the official reservation centre of the Comité Départemental du Tourisme (or Tourist Development Agency) in its département.
In order to carry out its activity in a fully legal manner, Seine-Eure Tourisme is registered with Atout France (IM027120001) as a travel and holiday organiser. As part of this, we have taken out professional insurance and joined the solidarity fund of the Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme: www.apst.travel
Each departmental contact will offer you, if you wish, cancellation insurance for any holiday you book.
Each holiday can be booked by: an association, a local authority, a coach operator, a works council or simply a group of friends being made up of the minimum number proposed by the holiday selected.
Seine-Eure Tourisme as a member of “Destination Groupes” at the Club des Réceptifs Eurois is referenced with many coach operators, travel agencies, tour operators… and works on a daily basis with travel professionals.
Third age associations, inter-age universities, twinning committees, sports clubs… Destination Groupes Seine-Eure Tourisme’s customers represent the great diversity of the associative world. CCASs and other local authority bodies are also special clients of the network.
Thanks to its varied offer, Seine-Eure Tourisme also appeals to works councils with tailor-made holidays, multi-activity days or the organisation of visits, lunch cruises…
